Symbiotic Intelligent Systems Research Center at Open and Transdisciplinary Research Initiatives, Osaka University will hold the 1st International Symposium on Symbiotic Intelligent Systems on Jan. 23rd – 25th, 2019.

Prof. Tsuda and Dr. Kawai will give presentations in the symposium.

Dr. Yuji Kawai, a group leader in this team, received the following awards:

• IEEE ICDL-EpiRob 2018 Babybot Challenge Paper Award
• Research Award in the Japanese Neural Network Society
• Annual Conference Award in the Japanese Society for Artificial Intelligence

Prof. Tsuda will give a plenary talk at the International Joint Conference on Neural Networks (IJCNN) in Hungary, July 2019.
